PJ is the co-owner of PremierOne, an InterNACHI-certified inspector, professional sewer scope technician, licensed radon tester and the team’s unofficial “Swiss Army knife.” Certified in termite inspections, thermal imaging, mold testing and well flow inspections, he somehow manages to oversee daily operations while still jumping into the field whenever the schedule goes sideways. Inspector calls in sick? Tight deadline? Day completely off the rails? PJ is usually the reason clients never even know there was a problem and the reason PremierOne has built one of the strongest and most reliable inspection teams in town.

Kyler has been a longtime MVP at PremierOne, known for being the guy who’s always on the move and somehow everywhere at once. Before joining the team, he worked installing water and sewer lines, and since then has completed over 4,000 sewer scopes while also becoming state-licensed in radon testing and certified in mold, termite, and well inspections. When it comes to sewer lines, it’s hard to beat his experience, he’s probably seen more sewer pipes in a single year than most plumbers see in an entire career. Whether he’s crawling through a crawlspace or racing between appointments to keep the schedule running smoothly, Kyler is a huge reason our days stay efficient, organized, and on track.
Scott roberts
Scott brings over 15 years of experience in aviation, military operations, safety inspections, and property assessment to the PremierOne team, so yes, he can probably spot a risk from a mile away. His background in claims adjusting and hands-on home remodeling gives him a sharp eye for detail, but it’s his fun-loving personality and easygoing approach that clients remember most. In what can sometimes be a stressful home-buying process, Scott has a way of making inspections feel informative, comfortable, and maybe even a little fun.

Joe brings nearly 20 years of hands-on construction experience to the PremierOne team and is the guy who can probably tell if a floor is off-level just by walking across it. With a background in flooring installation, project management, and running his own contracting business, he has a sharp eye for structural issues, subfloor conditions, and the little details that matter. As an InterNACHI certified inspector, Joe’s straightforward communication style and real-world experience make clients feel informed, confident, and in good hands throughout the inspection process.

Tim Parkey is an InterNACHI certified home inspector with over 30 years of HVAC experience, giving him an expert eye for how homes really function behind the walls. From diagnosing complex mechanical systems to managing multi-million-dollar residential projects, Tim combines technical know-how with a down-to-earth personality that clients instantly trust.
